The room was very cold and lacked heating, making it hard to relax after sunset.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a beautiful building really close to Quilotoa by bus, many restaurants and shops, and the laguna which is on the other side of the road. The double room with a fireplace, extra beds pushed in, as for instance. The location magnificent and unbeatable in a dorm cafeteria. Again, not far from Laguna Quilotoa.

What a so-called 'cozy' place, if you enjoy freezing in your room and overly loud staff ignoring you. Plus, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but they definitely just forgot about me. My stay was meant to be two nights, but one was enough! I'd almost give a good review, but I just couldn't.

Well decorated, airy room with fireplaces, and attentive staff. Location adjacent to Quilotoa Lagoon, Laguna del Quilotoa and many restaurants and shops.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Cramped spaces leave little room to breathe!!! Cold showers are less than ideal after a long day, and the lack of proper bathroom supplies is frustrating!!! A late-night ruckus ruined the peaceful ambiance!!!
